  • Electrical utility use charge

  • Bathroom cleaning fee after residency

Special Events

  • On-site House Manager is required for public events, and cleaning fees apply.

  • Liquor permit + liquor liability insurance are required if alcoholic beverages are to be served.

General Info

  • No smoking is allowed in SPACE 124 or around the premises.

  • Average Sound levels shall not exceed 95 dB RMS.

  • Proof of liability insurance required.
